We're developing the GGF's primary 'operating manual,' providing a clear, adaptable, and ethically-grounded pathway for any community, institution, or network to successfully implement GGF frameworks. This framework is the bridge between the GGF's visionary 'what' and the practical, real-world 'how.'
This framework will include:
- 🗺️ Three-Stage Implementation Pathway: Context Assessment, Pathway Selection, and Piloting & Learning cycles
- 🧰 Journey-Based Tool Stacks with pre-configured bundles for common scenarios like Getting Started, Crisis Response, and Regenerative Economy
- 🌍 Anti-Colonial Design ensuring every process decenters Western paradigms and adapts to diverse governance traditions
- 📱 Low-Tech First principle with analog versions of all tools to guarantee universal accessibility
- 👥 GGF Catalyst Team providing training, toolkit maintenance, and direct community support
- 🤝 Community of Practice peer-to-peer networks for sharing adaptations and lessons learned
- 📚 GGF Failure Library anonymizing and sharing learnings from challenging implementations
- 🔍 Radical Transparency with all pilot results and adaptation reports publicly accessible on Digital Commons
